Scott joins Bloomin’ Brands from Walt Disney Parks & Resorts, where she led the food & beverage experience planning & integration team responsible for all park & resort dining experiences in Orlando, Anaheim, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Paris, and Tokyo. Prior to Disney, she served as Vice President of Global Products, Food and Beverage and Wellness for Hilton Worldwide and has held leadership positions at Planet Hollywood, House of Blues and Loews Hotels.

(NASDAQ: BLMN) is announcing the appointment of Beth Scott as Senior Vice President of Bloomin’ Brands and President of Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar. Scott will be filling the position at the company’s Fine Dining brand left by Skip Fox who announced his retirement last month.
